These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Edone Solutions website and services. By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services & Scope
We provide web design and development, e‑commerce/Shopify builds, AI integrations, analytics setup, and maintenance. The exact scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in our proposal or order confirmation.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access, content, approvals, and brand assets.
- Nominate a single decision‑maker for efficient feedback.
- Ensure provided materials do not infringe any third‑party rights.
3. Timelines & Delays
Estimated delivery windows (e.g., 10–14 days) assume prompt inputs and approvals. Delays in content, access, or approvals may shift timelines. If material delays occur, pricing may be revised to reflect additional coordination and resourcing.
4. Payments
- 50% advance is required to start work.
- Balance is due as per the agreed milestones or prior to go‑live/handover.
- Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
5. Changes & Revisions
Minor revisions within scope are included as stated in the proposal. New features or scope changes are quoted separately and may impact cost and timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables specifically created for you are assigned to you, excluding any third‑party libraries, frameworks, fonts, or tools licensed under their respective terms.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
The 50% advance is non‑refundable once work has commenced. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and do not share your personal details with anyone for their own marketing. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Warranty & Support
We provide a reasonable post‑launch support window for defect fixes as outlined in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance and enhancements are available via care plans.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
